Peter Flavel

Mr. Peter Flavel is the CEO of Coutts in the UK. He has over 30 years of experience in financial services across Asia, the Americas, the Middle East, and Europe. Prior to joining Coutts, Peter was the CEO of JP Morgan Private Wealth Management for the Asia Pacific and founded Standard Chartered Bank’s Global Private Bank in 2006. Peter is the Vice-Chair of Trustees of the Duke of Edinburgh Commonwealth Study Conference and a member of the Philanthropy Advisory Committee of the Royal Albert Hall. Peter was born in Australia and has degrees in Law and Economics from the University of Adelaide. He has also attended the Advanced Management Programmes at Harvard Business School and the University of Oxford.
