Matt Herschell M.ed, Coss (Instructor)

Matt Herschell, M.Ed, COSS is the Director of HR/HSE at WaterFleet, LLC, where Matt oversees the Human Resources and Health, Safety & Environmental departments. Matt has a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in English & History from the University of North Texas. Matt has extensive experience in HSE management and training, having worked in various roles in companies like Beyond Development LLC, EnerSafe Inc., and NAPCO Precast, LLC.
