Ernest Blackwell

Ernest Blackwell is the founder and chief executive officer of Equity and Beyond, which strives to build a community of leaders who can lead collective equitable efforts in their organizations. He is the first to serve in the board’s Taking All Students to Success in Early Learning seat, a newly established, rotating, one-year commitment. Ernest has a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics, and he earned a master’s degree in elementary education.
