Tom Ness

Tom Ness is the current Chief Financial Officer at Waterford.org. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant at DBH Consulting LLC from April 2012 to October 2014, where they assisted clients in audit prep and management, forensic accounting and SEC filings. Tom also managed monthly cycles, projects and problem solving. In addition to accounting services, they provided assistance in Information Systems combining their degree in Information Systems with direct experience with NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Quickbooks and others. Tom Ness was also an Advisor at Spyf from July 2015 to January 2017. Furthermore, they were a Board Member at Weilenmann School of Discovery from August 2013 to January 2018. Lastly, they were the CFO and VP of Finance, Controller at Sally Hershberger Professional Hair Care from June 2009 to August 2011. Before that, they took a sabbatical in Hong Kong from November 2008 to June 2009.

Tom Ness was educated at Lynbrook High School, the University of the Pacific (where they studied accounting and received a B.S. in Business), and Illinois State University (where they studied information systems and became a systems analyst).
