Sean Rawson

Sean Rawson is a Co-Founder of Waterford Property Company and served as the Southern California President at St. Anton Communities. Prior to that, Sean was the Vice President at O'Donnell/Atkins and The Concord Group, LLC. Sean also worked as a Jesse Unruh Assembly Policy Fellow at the California State Assembly. Rawson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government, History, and Economics from Claremont McKenna College and an M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business.
