Mitchell Cooper

Mitchell Cooper is a dedicated educator and coach with extensive experience in physical education and sports. Currently serving as a Physical Education Teacher at Waterford School District since September 2021, Mitchell also coaches wrestling at Pierce Middle School and holds the position of Varsity Boys Soccer Coach at Waterford Mott High School, where the coaching certification achieved is MHSAA CAP level 3. Previous roles include Assistant Varsity Girls Soccer Coach at Waterford Kettering High School and teaching social studies and US history at various middle and high schools. Mitchell's coaching background is further enhanced by a tenure as Head Soccer Coach for the U14 boys at Mount Pleasant Xtreme Soccer Club. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education in History and Physical Education from Central Michigan University and a Master of Education in Sports Leadership, Coaching, and Administration from Michigan State University. Mitchell also holds a USSF "E" License in coaching.
