Michael Doche

Michael Doche has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Michael has recently served as the Coastal Division Vice President and General Manager at Waterfront Brands since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Interim Executive and Operational Management at NEXT LEVEL Partners® from January to April 2023. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Regional Director of Operations for Pro-Grade at ATW. Michael also has experience as a Plant Manager at PJ Trailers in 2019 and as an Operations Manager "Plant Manager" at Altra Industrial Motion from 2013 to 2018. Before that, they held the position of Value Stream Manager at Parker Hannifin from 2008 to 2013, where they successfully implemented lean transformations and ergonomic improvements. Michael also worked as an Operations Manager at Expansion Joint Garlock Sealing Technologies from 2006 to 2008, achieving impressive safety and delivery records. From 2002 to 2008, they served as an Operations Manager at Garlock Sealing Technologies and as a Production Supervisor at Gylon Garlock Sealing Technologies from 2003 to 2006, where they achieved significant improvements in production and efficiency. Michael began their career as a Production Supervisor at Hot End Guardian Glass Industries Corp from 2002 to 2003, ensuring safety and efficiency on the glass manufacturing line.

Michael Doche attended Roberts Wesleyan University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
