Andrew Proudfoot

Andrew Proudfoot is the Business Development Manager for Europe at WaterFront Maritime Services. Andrew has over 10 years of experience in the maritime industry, having held various positions in sales, marketing, and management. Andrew began their career as a Distribution Coordinator at BHP Billiton, where they were responsible for coordinating the distribution of products and services to customers in the maritime industry. Andrew then spent two years as the Ships Agency Director for Europe at Wilhelmsen Ships Service, before becoming the General Manager of Wilhelmsen Ships Service SA. After a brief stint as a Key Account Manager at Wilhelmsen Ships Service, Andrew took on the role of Commercial Manager at MAAT Sp. z o. o., where they were responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of the company. In their current position as Business Development Manager at WaterFront Maritime Services, Andrew is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company in Europe.

Andrew Proudfoot attended the University of the Witwatersrand from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a BSc Eng in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering. Andrew also attended General Smuts High School from 1988 to 1992.
