Janie Copeland

Janie Copeland has a strong background in human resources with experience in various leadership positions. Janie most recently worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at WaterFurnace International starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Aludyne from October 2015 until April 2020. Janie also held the position of Sr. Human Resources Manager at Tenneco from July 2007 to July 2015. Janie began their career as an H.R. Manager at Guardian in 2004 and worked there until 2007.
