Stephen Szczepanski

Stephen Szczepanski is a seasoned professional in the HVAC industry with extensive experience in product development and engineering management. Currently serving as the Commercial Engineering Manager at WaterFurnace International since June 2022, Stephen leads a team focused on creating commercial HVAC solutions. Prior to this role, Stephen worked as a Senior Product Engineer, specializing in water-cooled modular chillers. From January 2007 to June 2022, Stephen was employed at Johnson Controls as a Product Design Engineer, concentrating on indoor unitary products and leading various new product development initiatives. Stephen began an engineering career as an intern at Oklahoma State University, assisting with HVAC projects while earning a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, which complemented earlier education at Great Plains Technology Center and Eisenhower High School.
