Bart Elema has extensive experience in finance and risk management, currently serving as CFO, Partner, and Risk Officer at Waterland Private Equity since October 2003. Previous roles include CFO and Risk Officer, as well as Finance Director at the same firm. Bart was also a Board Member and member of the Tax Committee at NVP (Nederlandse Vereniging van Participatiemaatschappijen) from 2010 to June 2023. Prior to Waterland, Bart held the position of Senior Manager at Intertrust Group (ATC Group) from May 1995 to October 2003. Bart holds a Master's Degree in Fiscal Economics from the University of Amsterdam and completed high school education at Murmellius Gymnasium. Additionally, Bart is currently enrolled in the EY Tomorrow's Boardroom Academy from March 2024 to November 2024.
