Currently serving as a Partner at Waterland Private Equity since 2004, Hans previously co-founded and managed 1st Broadband from 2002 to 2004. Earlier career roles include Associate at Monitor - MAST Corporate Finance from 1998 to 2001, with experience in both London and Cambridge, MA, and a Consultant position at Monitor Group from 1996 to 1997. Hans holds a Master of Science in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, earned between 1988 and 1994, and completed education at Thomas a Kempis College from 1981 to 1988.
