Geert Menu

Geert Menu has a diverse range of work experience in the water sector. Geert is currently the Vice President of Overseas Operations at Waterleau, where they are focused on developing solutions for water sanitation and supply in developing countries. Prior to this, Geert owned their own company, Waitara bvba. Geert also served as the Project Director at Lantis and as a Vice President of Projects at Waterleau. Earlier in their career, Geert worked as a Project Director at Fluxys NV, General Manager at Aquaplus NV, and as a Project Engineer and Team Leader at Aquafin NV.

Geert Menu completed their Master's in Industrial Sciences with a specialization in Electromechanical Engineering - Energy and Production techniques from KIH De Nayer - Sint-Katelijne-Waver, starting in 1986 and graduating in 1990. Geert then pursued Middle Management at Vlerick Business School from 1998 to 1999. Recently, in 2023 and 2024, Geert Menu attended Vlerick Business School once again, this time for the European Executive MBA program.
