Nuno Santos

Nuno Santos is an accomplished professional in the fields of engineering, business development, and project management, currently serving as the Commercial Leader at Waterleau since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Director at Glanua, where responsibilities encompassed innovation, R&D, and various design aspects related to water and wastewater processes. Nuno also excelled as Growth Strategy Manager at Glan Agua Ltd - Mota-Engil Group, focusing on organizational design and performance management across the UK and Ireland. As International Business Development Manager and General Manager at Consulgal Angola, Nuno successfully managed business development and project oversight. Previous experience includes a Commercial Director position at Manvia, overseeing commercial management in several maintenance sectors, and prior roles as a site engineer and engineer at SISAQUA and Consulgal, respectively.
