Johnny Devora, CCIM, serves as Vice Chair for both Austin Rainbow Theatre and Texas Health Action, where roles include Chairperson of the Board and Board Member. Texas Health Action is a non-profit organization focused on providing culturally affirming health services, particularly serving LGBTQIA+ individuals and those impacted by HIV. Additionally, Johnny holds the position of Vice Chair and Board Member at Waterloo Counseling Center and has been the Broker/CEO of Devora Realty since 2010. Prior experience includes serving as a Statewide Intake Specialist at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services from 2007 to 2010. Johnny Devora earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Texas State University between 2004 and 2007.

Waterloo Counseling Center was established in 1983 with a simple mission: to strengthen the mental health and well-being of Central Texas individuals, couples and families through effective and affordable counseling with an expertise in gender, sexual and cultural diversity. We are a nonprofit agency that provides affordable, high quality mental health counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples and families in Greater Austin. We welcome the entire Greater Austin community, and have specific expertise in serving the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community; Spanish speakers; and people living with HIV/AIDS. We offer individual, couples, family and group therapy. Our fees are priced according to income, and we accept several major insurance carriers, including Medicare and Medicaid.
