Evelyn Nazro

Evelyn Nazro serves as the Chief Development Officer at Waterloo Greenway since January 2017. Prior to this role, Evelyn was the Director of Development at El Buen Samaritano and Senior Director of Development and Communications at KIPP Texas Public Schools - Austin. With a background in various leadership positions, including Director at Public Strategies, Inc. and Media Relations Manager at Citigate Cunningham, Evelyn has a strong foundation in development and communications. Their early career includes roles as a Special Assistant at US Embassy The Hague and the Clinton Gore Administration, as well as Special Assistant to Senator Gore at the United States Senate. Evelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Vanderbilt University and attended St. Stephen's Episcopal School.
