Carol Dey

Carol Dey, CHRL has extensive experience in human resources and labour relations, having worked in various organizations such as the Waterloo Region District School Board, Upper Grand District School Board, HRPA, Max Aicher North America, and McLaughlin & Associates. As the Executive Manager Human Resources & Equity Services at the Waterloo Region District School Board, Carol leads a team of 45 members to achieve positive employee and labour relations for 8500 staff members. Carol is also responsible for labour relations management and negotiations with 9 collective agreements. Throughout their career, Carol has demonstrated strong strategic leadership, negotiation skills, and expertise in HR policies and practices.
