Theresa Hurtado

Theresa Hurtado is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management, recruitment, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Waterman since April 2018, Theresa oversees HR functions for over 150 employees, including payroll, compliance, and benefits administration, following a role as a Human Resource Representative. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Director at Central California Family Crisis Center, Human Resources Generalist at Milan Institute, On Site Manager for Rightsourcing, and Human Resource Manager at Kidron Manufacturing. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Fresno State University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Porterville College.
