Zinnia Pennington

Zinnia Pennington is a Consultant Ecologist at Waterman Group, with experience in various ecological roles since March 2021, including Graduate Consultant and Seasonal Graduate Ecologist. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Archipelagos, Institute of Marine Conservation, where contributions were made to an Environmental Impact Assessment Report for a Marine Rehabilitation Sanctuary, alongside gaining knowledge of EU/UK environmental laws and report writing. Zinnia also held a Research Assistant position at the University of Exeter, focusing on the local adaptation of invertebrates to climate change and collaborating on laboratory research techniques. Zinnia holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology and Conservation from Oxford Brookes University and has further education from the University of Exeter.
