Caitlin Scott

Caitlin Scott currently serves as the Watermark Resources Coordinator at Watermark Community Church, a position held since September 2019. Prior to this role, Caitlin was the Global Sourcing Manager at The Michaels Companies, Inc. from February 2016 to August 2019, where responsibilities included developing sourcing strategies and leading RFP and RFQ events. Caitlin also received the 2016 Associate Sourcing Manager of the Year award as an Associate Global Sourcing Manager at The Michaels Companies. Earlier experience includes working as a Production Coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys from March 2013 to February 2016, focusing on vendor interactions and quality coordination, and as a Fashion Design Intern with the same organization in summer 2012, where Caitlin created tech packs and designed styles for various product categories. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Design and Product Development from Baylor University, obtained in 2012.
