Rachel Sarmiento has extensive experience in community and church leadership, currently serving as Director at Watermark Community Church since September 2007, where previous roles included Volunteer Coordinator, Membership Assistant, and Barista. Prior experience includes working as a Nanny for the Thomas Family from August 2007 to February 2014 and serving as a Case Manager at YMCA - Casa Shelter from May 2004 to August 2007.
