Elisa Ramos

Elisa Ramos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and higher education administration. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Watermark since July 2019, Elisa develops project plans that address resources, initiatives, and budgetary needs while collaborating with various teams across the company. Prior to this role, Elisa held multiple positions at The University of Texas at Austin from August 2010 to June 2019, including Project Manager and Assistant Director of Student Activities. Earlier career experiences include roles at Texas State University from January 2001 to May 2010 as Policy Advisor and Student Org Center Manager, Hall Director, and Senior Admission Counselor and Transfer Specialist. Elisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a focus on Health and Fitness Management, as well as a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, both from Texas State University.
