Melissa Mattee Murphy

Melissa Mattee Murphy is an Associate Agile Coach at Watermark since March 2022, where responsibilities include promoting Agile practices and supporting the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across various departments. Previously, Melissa served as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and mentoring cross-functional team members. Prior experience includes a role as a Public Service Associate at UGA Cooperative Extension from January 2016 to March 2022, specializing in mentoring, project management, and community engagement. Melissa's earlier career includes laboratory and teaching roles at the University of Georgia's Department of Entomology, contributing to research and education in the field. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Entomology and dual Bachelor's degrees in Applied Biotechnology and Environmental Sciences from the University of Georgia.
