Scott Sprout

Scott Sprout has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Scott currently holds the position of Director of Software Engineering at Watermark, a role they have held since November 2020. Prior to this, they were the President and Managing Partner at JCows, LLC since August 2004. Scott also served as a Minority Shareholder at the Green Bay Packers from January 1998. Scott worked at Digital Measures as a Software Engineer Lead from November 2015 until November 2020. Before that, they were a Senior Software Engineer and Manager of Software Development at Merge Healthcare / IBM Watson Health from May 2013 to November 2015. Scott also worked as a Technology Specialist at Manpower from March 2007 to May 2008, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Emageon from September 2006 to March 2007. Scott worked for Manpower twice: as a Senior Java Developer and Architect from March 1999 to September 2006, and as a Web Developer from an unknown start date to 2006. Additionally, they worked as a Java Developer at the City of Milwaukee from April 1997 to March 1999.

Scott Sprout completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the Lubar College of Business, where they studied from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wisconsin-Waukesha between 1994 and 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Scott obtained an Activity Insight Certification from Digital Measures in October 2016.
