Fara McLaughlin

Fara McLaughlin holds a Master of Science in Aging and Health Innovation from Arizona State University, completed in May 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics/Human Development from Texas Christian University. Fara currently serves as the Sales Director at Watermark Retirement Communities and has held the role of Seniors Housing and Aging Innovation Advisor in a self-employed capacity. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Administrator at PSYNERGY PROGRAMS, INC. and founding The Resident Journey, where Fara holds the position of CEO. Additionally, Fara contributes to education as an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Science program at Boston University's School of Hospitality and Senior Living.
