Chloe Helm

Chloe Helm started their career as a teaching assistant, later becoming a proud educator at Northeast Middle School before transitioning to work as a site director at UrbanPromise Charlotte. Chloe has since held roles in talent operations and recruitment, all while acquiring experience in admissions and residence life at different organizations. With a Bachelor's Degree in Policy Studies from Elon University, Chloe Helm brings a diverse skill set to their current role as a recruiter at Watermark Risk Management International, LLC.
