Matthew Wadel is an experienced security professional and founder of Loch Raven Security LLC, leading physical security consulting projects at various government levels since September 2024. Currently serving as a Physical Security Subject Matter Expert at Watermark Risk Management International, LLC, and the U.S. Coast Guard, Matthew brings extensive expertise from previous roles, including Counter UAS Threat Assessment Lead Systems Analyst at Nakupuna Companies, and Counter UAS Threat & Security Manager at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Matthew's notable career with the United States Air Force spanned over two decades, finishing as Director of Security, where responsibilities included advising on anti-terrorism and force protection for Air Force One and developing extensive security plans. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from National Louis University and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force.
