Kim Iwansky

Kim Iwansky has extensive work experience in various roles related to management and customer service. Their most recent position was as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Watermelon Swim, where they were responsible for overseeing multiple sites and ensuring their effective operation. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations and Site Manager at Watermelon Swim and Seal Swim School, respectively. In these roles, Kim was responsible for managing all aspects of the sites, including staff scheduling, customer service, and retail management. Kim also gained experience in the finance industry as a Finance Analyst at Allstate and held positions in the education and mortgage sectors. Overall, Kim Iwansky has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills throughout their career.

Kim Iwansky earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Composition from the University of Mary Washington, graduating in 2002. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Water Safety Instructor from the American Red Cross in February 2023, Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) from the Aquatics Training Institute in April 2020, and CPR/AED/First Aid and Shallow Water Lifeguard certifications from the American Red Cross in June 2021.
