Tianna Pagan

Tianna Pagan is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Operations at ABI Document Support Services since September 2023. Prior to this role, Tianna worked at Epiq as a Project Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing project execution for Class Action lawsuits, budget reviews, and revenue forecasting. As General Manager at Trajector, Tianna emphasized customer retention through effective leadership and performance metrics. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Dane Street, managing financial functions and a multi-functional team, and as Claim Recovery Specialist III at The Phia Group, investigating third-party liability for numerous cases.
