Bob Kralicek

Bob Kralicek has a diverse work experience in real estate and franchise development. Bob is currently serving as the Vice President of Real Estate at Watermill Express. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr Director of Real Estate at Flynn Restaurant Group. Additionally, Bob worked as the Sr. Director of Real Estate at NPC International, where they were responsible for new store development and real estate transactions. Bob also served as the Director Of Real Estate at US Beef Corporation, where they secured new locations for Arby's restaurants. In earlier years, Bob worked at International Dairy Queen Inc as a Franchise Development Representative and later as a Field Consultant, where they recruited franchisee candidates and worked with restaurant owners to improve operations.

Bob Kralicek obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of Kansas, attending from 1982 to 1986.
