Ken Perryman has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and construction industry. Ken started their career at Fleetwood Enterprises, where they served as an Assistant Production Manager and later as a Senior Team Manager. At Fleetwood Enterprises, Ken successfully directed motor home construction and introduced new processes to improve efficiency.
Afterwards, Ken joined Champion Home Builders, Inc. as a Production Manager, overseeing modular home factory operations and leading a team of 200 associates. Ken also managed production budget and reported production efficiency results.
Ken then moved to Watermill Express as a Production Manager, responsible for production management and operations. Ken later became the National Director of Operations, overseeing corporate and franchise field operations, and supporting various field initiatives.
Most recently, Ken worked at Clayton Homes as a Production Manager, where they had full oversight of manufactured home building and related operations at the Bonham, Texas facility.
Throughout their career, Ken has consistently demonstrated their ability to manage operations, drive efficiency, and support corporate initiatives.
Ken Perryman graduated from Kilgore College ETPA in 1998 with a degree in Police Science. Prior to that, they attended Gladewater High School from 1983 to 1987, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study.
