Carla A. Brouwer

Carla A. Brouwer is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing human resources across Europe and India. Currently serving as the Senior HR Director for Europe and India at Waters Corporation since October 2006, Carla has held several key positions within the company, including HR Director for the Americas and Senior HR Manager for Europe North, overseeing HR operations in multiple countries including Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Ireland, and the UK. Prior to Waters Corporation, Carla worked as HR Director at Modulex A/S and LEGO, and served as European Compensation & Benefits Manager at Rothmans/BAT.
