Jennifer Hardy

Jennifer Hardy has extensive experience in demand planning and inventory management across various industries, including her current role as Global Demand Planner at Waters Corporation since July 2022. Prior positions include Demand Planner at Cardinal Health and Crabtree & Evelyn, where Jennifer developed item level forecasts for a diverse range of products in North America. Earlier roles at CVS Health and FGX International involved analyzing vendor contracts and developing product forecasts, respectively. Jennifer began her career in retail with Target and Linens N Things, where management of teams and customer service were key responsibilities. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and History from the University of Rhode Island.
