Kendra West

Kendra West is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master currently serving at Waters Corporation, where assistance is provided to six ERP/Supply Chain process excellence teams through the implementation of Agile methodologies. Previously, Kendra held roles at Resilience and Scrum Inc., focusing on coaching diverse teams in Agile frameworks and advising stakeholders on Agile practices. Kendra's early career at the Broad Institute involved coaching Agile teams, founding the Agile Academia Affinity Group, and engaging in scientific research, including viral sequencing. Kendra holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Maine.
