Swapnil Deshpande

Swapnil Deshpande serves as the Global Head of Distribution & Fulfilment Operations at Waters Corporation since November 2022. Prior to this role, Swapnil held various positions at Roche from November 2016 to November 2022, including Supply Chain Transformation Lead Architect and Product Strategy Leader. At Deloitte, Swapnil worked as a Director from November 2014 to October 2016. Swapnil's experience also includes roles at AstraZeneca, where responsibilities included Global Supply Planning Director and Director of Regional Sourcing for Asia Pac & Japan from February 2009 to October 2014. Additional experience includes a position in the Technical Operations Leadership Program at Bristol Myers Squibb from September 2006 to February 2009 and a technical lead role at JD Edwards ERP from November 1999 to July 2004. Swapnil holds an MBA in Operations & Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a Master's degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
