Shaneen Amendra

Shaneen Amendra is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in learning and development, currently serving as the HR Assistant Manager for Learning and Development at Waters Edge in Sri Lanka since January 2023. Previously, Shaneen held the position of HR Executive focused on People and Organizational Development at SPAR Sri Lanka from August 2020 to December 2022. Earlier career roles include serving as an Assistant Psychologist at the Maldives Institute for Psychological Services, Training and Research in 2017, and working as a CDD Analyst at HSBC between February 2015 and December 2017. Shaneen holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Northampton and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
