Gerwin Zantingh

Gerwin Zantingh serves as Teammanager Strategie en Beleid at Waterschap Noorderzijlvest since July 2010 and has previously held the position of Gebiedscoördinator | Regional & Policy Advisor. In October 2019, Gerwin briefly worked as Adviseur partnerschap Blue Deal in Peru for Unie van Waterschappen. Gerwin participated in a five-day working conference in Finland as an Adviseur for the Interreg Europe project "Territories of Rivers Action Plans" in May 2014, focusing on developing methodologies for ecosystem services in water management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Water and Environmental Management from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, along with ongoing studies at various institutions in the fields of public domain and spatial planning.
