Guido Koolhaas

Guido Koolhaas is an experienced project manager currently serving as the Projectmanager for Grebbedijk Wageningen at Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe since March 2023. Guido's notable roles include project management for IJsseldelta phase 2 with Provincie Flevoland and Provincie Overijssel, managing the Tweede Watertoevoer Molenvlietpark project for Gemeente Den Haag, and serving as Project Director for Alliantie Markermeerdijken from December 2014 to February 2020. Koolhaas has owned their own consultancy, Salomo, since March 2020, and has previously held various advisory and strategy consulting roles. Education includes a Master’s degree in Public Administration and an MBA from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In addition, Koolhaas has contributed to the water management field through participation in the Jury for the Water Innovation Prize and various dialogue teams and financial advisory roles.
