Emily Adams

Emily Adams is an experienced leader in early childhood education, currently serving as the Director of Early Childhood Education at Watershed Advisors since October 2025. Prior to this role, Emily held the position of Policy Associate for Child Care and Early Childhood Programs at the American Public Human Services Association from December 2022 to October 2025. Emily's earlier experience includes serving as Program Administration Manager at the Brazelton Touchpoints Center and Senior Training and Technical Assistance at ZERO TO THREE. Emily holds a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, as well as a Buell Graduate Certificate in Early Childhood Leadership from the University of Colorado Denver.
