Alicia Tran

Alicia Tran is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Watershed since October 2024, Alicia transitioned back to individual contributions, previously working at Cocoon from March 2022 to September 2024, where contributions included driving key product initiatives and managing a team of five as an Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes work at Gusto! as a software engineer on diverse teams, playing a pivotal role in developing the Time Tracking product. Alicia's foundation in engineering began at the University of Southern California, where a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science was earned in 2017.
