Dave Meall is currently the Head of Talent at Watershed. Prior to joining Watershed, Dave served as the Head of Talent at Ramp and as a Recruiting Leader at Uber. At Uber, Dave led talent teams of up to 30+ employees across a wide range of businesses and locations, including building out the early mobile & growth engineering teams, leading recruiting for emerging technology groups (Uber ATG, Uber Freight, & Uber Elevate), and launching Uber's first engineering office in LATAM.

Dave's experience in recruiting and talent management has been essential in scaling Watershed to 45 employees. Dave is passionate about helping companies grow and thrive by attracting and retaining top talent.

After Dave Meall completed their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business from The University of Kansas.

Dave Meall reports to Taylor Francis, Co-Founder. Dave Meall works with Lee Byron - Product Engineering Lead, Ellen Moeller - Head of Europe, and Alexa Schirtzinger - Head of Marketing.
