Hannah Judge

Hannah Judge is currently working as a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager at Watershed since January 2023. Before that, they had an extensive work experience at Mapbox, where they held various roles. Hannah started as a Customer Success Manager in May 2016 and was the first hire to the CSM team at Mapbox. Hannah managed a portfolio of over 120 customers and played a crucial role in building out CS systems and supporting customers in implementing Mapbox products. Later, they worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager from September 2017 to July 2019, collaborating with various clients, including IBM, Tableau, American Airlines, and others. From July 2019 to May 2022, they served as a Senior Technical Account Manager, further enhancing their expertise in customer success. Hannah then took on the role of Navigation & Logistics Quality Manager from May 2022 to January 2023, leading a team to establish and scale quality assurance programs for the Navigation service at Mapbox.

Prior to Mapbox, they worked as a Mapping + GIS Consultant at Last Mile Health from September 2015 to March 2016, where they managed a data collection and analysis project in Liberia. Hannah was also a Co-Founder at Broad Street Maps from January 2013 to March 2016, providing map-based analytics for community health organizations in countries like Rwanda, Peru, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and the United States. Their work received support from esteemed organizations such as the Middlebury College for Social Entrepreneurship, ITU Young Innovators Competition, and Fledge Accelerator.

Hannah has previously held positions at Gardens for Health International, Middlebury College, Partners In Health, GlobeMed, and John Snow Inc., JSI, where they gained experience in GIS consulting, research, and campaign and development work.

Hannah Judge's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography and Global Health from Middlebury College. Hannah also attended the School for International Training, where they studied Public Health and Human Rights. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained various certifications, including a Product Safety & Conformity Representative (PSCR) certification from the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) in October 2022, a BMW Performance Driving License B1 from BMW of North America, LLC in February 2021, and a JavaScript Development certification from General Assembly in November 2017.
