Weston (Woo-Kuen) Shin, Ph.D., P.E. has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Weston (Woo-Kuen) is currently employed as the Chief Engineer at Watershed Geo since October 2022. Weston (Woo-Kuen) Shin, Ph.D., P.E. completed their education in Civil Engineering. Weston (Woo-Kuen) obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Yonsei University in 1997. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Yonsei University from 2001 to 2003. Weston (Woo-Kuen) further continued their academic journey at the University of Washington, where they earned their Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from 2003 to 2009.
