Marty Parker is the current President and CEO of Waterstone Human Capital, a retained executive search firm and human resource consultancy. With a background in advertising, public affairs, and marketing, Marty specializes in finding candidates that align with clients' organizational cultures. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles in companies such as The Caldwell Partners, The CCL Group, Johnson & Johnson, and Labatt Breweries of Canada. Marty's educational background includes a Master of Science in Marketing Management and Statistics from the University of Guelph, along with other studies at Harvard University, London Business School, and Ivey Business School at Western University.
