Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles in companies such as The Caldwell Partners, The CCL Group, Johnson & Johnson, and Labatt Breweries of Canada. Marty's educational background includes a Master of Science in Marketing Management and Statistics from the University of Guelph, along with other studies at Harvard University, London Business School, and Ivey Business School at Western University.
