Rich H.

Rich H. has a diverse work experience in the mortgage and financial industry. Rich is currently the Chief Sales Officer at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the EVP, Private Label Channel at Stearns Lending from 2020 to 2021. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as the Chief Mortgage Officer at LoanSnap. Before that, Rich H. held the position of President & CEO at AssuredPartners of Missouri from 2011 to 2017. Rich co-founded and managed DH Advisors from 2007 to 2011. Rich H. also worked as the SVP, National Sales & Operations at American Home Mortgage from 2005 to 2007 and as the SVP, Strategic Solutions at Citi in the same year. From 1999 to 2004, they served as the SVP, Sales & Operations at Nexstar Financial Corporation. Prior to that, Rich H. held the position of VP, National Telesales at Citi from 1997 to 1999. Rich began their career at Norwest Mortgage, Inc. (now Wells Fargo Home Mortgage) as the Call Center Director from 1990 to 1997.

Rich H. has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance and Economics from the University of St. Thomas. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including a Certified Artificial Intelligence Expert from the Global Tech Council and a Certified Cryptocurrency Expert from the Blockchain Council, both obtained in June 2019. Rich also holds a Minidegree® in Blockchain from the Blockchain Council, obtained in May 2019. It is not provided when Rich obtained their Missouri Life & Health Insurance License and Missouri Property & Casualty Insurance License, or the institutions from which they obtained them.
