Padraig (Paudie) Lynch has over two decades of experience in IT and service management, currently serving as the Head of Service Quality at Waterstons since November 2011, where the emphasis is on enhancing quality and service excellence for managed services. In previous roles at Waterstons, including Head of Service Delivery and Senior Technology Consultant, responsibilities included improving IT service management and collaborating with teams to deliver service initiatives. Prior experience includes significant roles at Glen Dimplex as Senior IT Admin, eSpatial as Global Senior IT Administrator, Sonopress as Premastering Technician, and Mallon Technology as GIS/CAD Technician, contributing to various technical and operational projects. Padraig completed an NCVA in Engineering/IT from O'Fiaich College of Further Education in 1995.
