Kelly Janisch

Kelly Janisch started their work experience in 2007 as an Acquisition and Development Analyst at First Capital Investment Group. Kelly then worked as a Financial Analyst at Inland American Real Estate from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they held the positions of Manager of Investments and Asset Manager/Relationship Manager at Inland National Real Estate Services. In 2015, they joined Barings as a Director of Real Estate Equity Asset Management and held that role until 2023. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of Asset Management at Waterton from May 2023 onwards.

Kelly Janisch obtained a Master's Degree in Real Estate from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, which they pursued from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2003 to 2007, where they completed their undergraduate studies in Real Estate Finance.
