Maddison Leske is a finance and real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisition and capital markets. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Waterton since May 2021, Maddison previously held multiple roles at PGIM Real Estate from July 2017 to May 2021, including Associate, Senior Investment Analyst, and Investment Analyst. Maddison began an investment career with an internship at PGIM Real Estate in the summer of 2016. Educationally, Maddison earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Investment, and Banking, as well as Real Estate and Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by a study abroad experience through CIEE in 2015.
