Jeroen Oosthoek

Jeroen Oosthoek has extensive experience in property management, currently holding the position of Manager Vastgoedsturing at Waterweg Wonen since August 2002, overseeing all maintenance, project activities, and related policies within the Real Estate department. Previous roles at Waterweg Wonen include Manager Wonen a.i. and Manager Techniek en Projecten, where responsibility included managing technical and service departments. As Manager Wonen, Jeroen focused on customer relations, overseeing the leasing and sales processes to ensure tenant and buyer satisfaction while addressing vacancy concerns. Additionally, Jeroen serves as a member of the supervisory board at Welzijn Albrandswaard and Kijk op Welzijn Barendrecht since March 2023. Jeroen Oosthoek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, obtained from 1989 to 1994.
