Mark van de Graaf

Mark van de Graaf is an experienced project leader with a strong background in maintenance and construction supervision. Currently serving as Projectleider Planmatig Onderhoud at Waterweg Wonen since August 2023, Mark has previously held roles including Projectleider Realisatie at Havensteder and Opzichter planmatig onderhoud at MaasWonen. Mark's earlier career includes significant positions at Woonbron as Teamleider/accounthouder onderhoud and Opzichter, and at de Organisatie Ontwerp en Management in Rotterdam, focusing on new construction and renovation projects. Initial experience includes a role as opzichter at Bouwkundig Adviesburo J. Cabaret BV and foundational work in the construction department at IOB while studying.
